Delicious fruit skewers
It is so important to add fruit to our kids daily menus, that is why we created this fast, delicious and fun fruit skewer recipe that will help you serve fruit to your kids.
Fruit is nature’s candy and it is super important to implement it in our kids’ daily meals. With this recipe you can invite your kids to help you in the kitchen, this way they will be a part of creating delicious snacks and you can spend some quality time together.
These fruit skewers are very easy to create and as a bonus they don’t only taste amazing, they look amazing as well. For creating 10 delicious fruit skewers for kids you will need:
- Red grapes
- 10x skewers
If you want you can prepare fully customized skewers with fruit you like the most.
What to do:
- Wash the Strawberries and grapes.
- Cut off the top of the strawberries.
- Peel the Kiwi’s and the Pineapple and cut them into chunks (approx. 2x2cm).
- Here your creativity comes into play: Take the skewers and arrange the fruit in the way you prefer!
Pro tip: If you want to add a bit of extra crunch to your fruit skewers we recommend you put them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Fruit skewers are not only fun to create and pleasing on the eye. If you choose to create them you can put them in the fridge and eat them the next day or the day after that!
