It is mostly for my almost 6 month old daughter she is a very happy baby. She has reflux so any experience with that is a bonus for her feeds but she is medicated for this. It would require helping putting her down for naps. My son is 4 and is very energetic he lives being outside and he starts kindergarten soon.
